3. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear access to the areas to be cleaned.
Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed.
Remove or secure any loose items in the cleaning area.

4. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for damages resulting from:

Pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose shingles, improperly sealed windows)
Stains that cannot be removed by standard pressure washing techniques

5. Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
A fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
